To get started click on the Training Program link to find your program. The workouts will be released in two-week cycles.

  • Please record the weights used for any main exercises and maintain journal entries for each workout.

  • Click on the name of the exercise to see a video demo

  • We also highly recommend taking progress pictures at the beginning of each month.

  • Download the MyFitnessPal app to keep a food log

  • If you have any concerns with form on an exercise, please take video and send it in for feedback
