In May of 2015 I got on a scale and was shocked to see what it said. Even though I thought I had maintained a somewhat active and “healthy” lifestyle during my college years, I realized something really needed to change; and fast. Through the summer I lost some weight, but had no direction in terms of work-outs or nutrition. Then, in October of 2015 I began training with Brian. I originally went to Brian in hopes of getting into better shape for my upcoming Entry-Level Police Officer Physical Fitness Exam. Little did I know, my entire life was about to change.
My workouts with Brian were dynamic, and fun. Between lifting, running, and boxing, I felt a huge change happening both physically and mentally. Brian instructed me on my nutrition, and I began to love each workout, and the ability to fuel my body in the best way possible in order to achieve the results I wanted. My workouts with Brian were the best part of my day, and as the physical fitness exam came around, I was more than prepared to show off what I had been working on.
As the months have gone on, my love for Infinity Athletics and training with Brian has only continued to grow. My outlook has changed completely. I feel motivated and ready to take on whatever Brian throws at me next. Each workout is diverse, and I have been able to do exercises I never imagined I could complete.
Brian is an exceptional person and trainer. His experience and education truly shines through in each workout he creates, and through the advice he gives. Brian is incredibly genuine and caring, and has not only been a trainer, but a mentor. I have benefited from Brian’s training and Infinity Athletics in every possible way. I know that fitness will now be one of the most important pillars in my life moving forward. Both Brian and Joey at Infinity Athletics are the best of the best, and I am so grateful for everything they have helped me achieve.
As a law student, I deal with a lot of stress on a daily basis, and working with Brian at Infinity Athletics has been by far the best thing I have done for myself to not only manage my stress and anxiety, but find success in my academic career and personal life.
I started working with Brian in January, 2016 and immediately, I knew that I was in good hands. Brian walked me through numerous types of training methods from power lifting to boxing, designed my diet to best benefit my workouts, and held me accountable through frequent check-in’s until I was in the best shape that I have ever been in my life.
Through Brian’s leadership and motivational skills, in the first two months alone, I dropped 15 lbs. in fat and gained 4lbs. in muscle mass! As someone who used to not feel confident in his own body, for the first time in my life, I am very much looking forward to the summer season.
In addition to their expert knowledge in fitness, I am also continuously impressed by Brian and Joey’s continuous dedication to their clients and their passion to help their clients reach their goals, both mentally and physically. Joining Infinity Athletics has changed my life for the better, and I am grateful to Brian for instilling in me the confidence and discipline I desperately needed and ultimately encouraging me to find and become my best self.
“I was on a steady diet of Tylenol in order to sleep at night”
Medical Background: 4 Knee surgeries and 3 shoulder surgeries
When I started training with Brian I had chronic knee pain in both knees, very little upper body mobility and struggled with doing anything overhead. I was on a steady diet of Tylenol in order to sleep at night and going up and down stairs was very painful. I was borderline obese and trying to lose weight and improve my strength and overall health when Brian did my consultation. He was direct in pointing out areas that needed improvement and told me he could help me make those improvements.
Since working with Brian, i've been able to improve my overall health, build muscle, lose body fat, completely eliminate my knee pain and increased my shoulder mobility. When we started I could not get into position to dead lift, squats were completely out of the question and my bench press was terrible at best. Since I have been working with Brian I recently achieved the following personal bests:
- Dead lift = 360 lbs.
- Squat = 250 lbs.
- Bench = 175 lbs.
What was extremely important for me was not only to do the exercises and get stronger but understand what I was doing so I could do them the right way and make them part of my normal routine. Brian is constantly learning and sharing his knowledge which has allowed me to accomplish all of this.
I would heartily recommend Infinity Athletics to anyone.
